Sensory Games

Seven gentle activities to explore at your own pace. Nothing is timed and nothing is scored — just pick one and see how it feels.

Gentle activities to share, or enjoy on your own

There are seven activities here: bubbles to pop, a glitter jar to swirl, colours to paint with a finger, soft falling rain, stars that glow when you tap them, a ball that bounces on its own, and a breathing bubble to follow. Each one is slow and simple on purpose, so there is nothing to keep up with.

Some families use them together for a calm few minutes, some use them to help a child settle after a hard day, and some use them while waiting for an appointment. Everyone's sensory preferences are different, and what feels calming to one child can feel like too much for another. That is completely normal, and there is no right way to use these.

If anything feels uncomfortable, you can turn the sound off with the button at the top of the page, switch to a different activity, or stop completely. You can always come back to them another time.

There are no scores and no rush. Take your time, and stop whenever you like.
